You may place your order over the
phone, by fax or via the internet and your goods will be delivered to your door
within 10-18 days.
We deliver all over Cyprus (with
the exception of a few remote villages); alternatively you may choose to collect
from a courier office. €5.00 Transportation Charge will apply to each order you
place, to cover transportation from the UK, packaging and delivery costs. Some
products might have an extra charge because of their weight/volume and some
items may be prohibited for sale in Cyprus. We will inform you of such items
when you place your order
To calculate the final price you
pay in € euro you multiply the catalogue prices by 1.55. This formula covers
administration, packaging and VAT costs. You may pay for your order by credit
card or cash on delivery. Cheques are not accepted from customers who place
their first order. For orders over €350 a 10% deposit is required.
If you are not happy with the
goods you have received, you may return them for an exchange or a REFUND.
Returns have to reach our office within 14 days of the order's delivery date, in
their original packaging, unused and accompanied by the Returns Form that we
provide you in the packet you receive. There will be no charge for items
returned for a size exchange. However, there will be a charge of €2.50 per item,
for products returned for new products (new colour/design) or for a refund.
Exchange orders given in writing together with the Returns Form in the packet
you return will NOT be charged €5.00 Transportation Charge.
